Best build for Jessie in Brawl Stars

Firstly, it's important to clarify a few things about Jessie. She is a control brawler, meaning she is great at controlling certain areas of the map thanks to her turret, Scrappy. This makes her more suitable for modes like Hot Zone, Heist, and Gem Grab, depending on the map. While she isn't bad in Brawl Ball, she isn't the best option for that mode, but that doesn't mean she's completely useless.

Gadgets

Like all brawlers, Jessie has two gadgets, but they are not equally useful in all situations. Unlike other brawlers where one gadget might be absolutely essential, Jessie's gadgets can be chosen based on the mode. With Spark Plug, Scrappy fires projectiles much faster for a short period of time, while with Recoil Spring, you slow down enemies for a short period, making it easier for you to hit your shots and for Scrappy to deal more damage.
